As the Snowflake Partner Solution Lead at the Sr. Principal title, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Snowflake industry leaders, sales teams, and solution architects, to drive presales process and deliver impactful outcomes. Together, we leverage cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices to deliver innovative and scalable solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.
We are currently targeting candidates located within our Central Region Markets (Austin, Chicago, Columbus, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Nashville, St. Louis).
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Solutioning : Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work (SOW) to drive business growth. Identify opportunities for Slalom in data and intelligence, both in existing and new environments.
- Architectural Excellence : Lead the modern Snowflake data architecture pillar, ensuring excellence in delivery, sales, people management, and operations.
- Subject Matter Expertise : As Snowflake Partner Solution Lead, engage with clients, executives, and drive customer-focused solutions. Leverage your deep understanding of data and intelligence to deliver value.
- Financial Insights : Conduct TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI (Return on Investment) analyses to guide technical decisions.
- Platform Design : Architect, design, and develop end-to-end data and analytic platforms (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, ML models) using cloud services.
- Revenue Impact : Senior Principal hires will have a responsibility of $1.5M - $3.5M
- Utilization Expectation : Target 60% (may vary).

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $140,000 - $217,000 along with an annual bonus target. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
