Architectural Project Manager

Join our dynamic team as an Architectural Project Manager, where you will utilize your expertise in REVIT and construction documents to lead architectural projects. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned projects, working closely with senior project managers or partners. Your role will involve overseeing assistant project managers, conducting project analysis, and managing design concepts from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with senior project managers or partners.
• Analyze project context, building materials, and precedents.
• Conceptualize and develop preliminary design plans, sections, and elevations.
• Create 3D visualizations of design concepts.
• Conduct project site planning and zoning / local code analysis.
• Perform building code analysis and application.
• Design and detail architectural systems and components for buildings.

Our firm is an A&E company with a vibrant and youthful culture. We have a team of 40-50 employees, including a full staff of MEP / Structural / Civil engineers. Our work environment is characterized by fun and engaging office activities, with most staff having under 10 years of experience. We offer hybrid flexibility with up to two days of remote work. We specialize in mixed-use, affordable housing, and market-rate multi-family projects, and we encourage our team members to pursue professional licensure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00 / yr.

This is a hybrid position in Hackensack, NJ.
