Job Description :

Position : VxRail Administration - Post Deploy Support - SME
Clearance Requirement : Candidates must be US citizens able to obtain and / or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment #clearance
Location : Hanscom AFB, MA
Estimated Duration : The client approximates that this project may last up to 2-4 months. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time.
Pay Rate Range : $80-85 / hr
Day to Day Responsibilities / typical day look like : The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be stationed at Hanscom and will be responsible for providing remote support, guidance, and answering questions as Tundra deploys the VXRail clusters at multiple sites.
While hands-on deployment isnt the SMEs responsibility, familiarity with the following is beneficial :
- Basic VXRail administration and deployment processes.
- VMware vSphere and vSAN for managing and supporting the virtualized environment.
- Remote troubleshooting and support tools to effectively guide the on-site team.
- Understanding of networking and storage configurations relevant to VXRail deployments.
The focus is on the ability to support, advise, and troubleshoot rather than direct deployment.
