Software Engineer

You Have :

• 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting agile software development to modernize systems
• 5+ years of experience in software development using Java or Python and common open-source products, including Django, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, virtualenv, conda, Poetry, Jackson, Hibernate, Angular, or Maven
• Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
• Experience with Git and collaboration tools, including Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Nexus, or Bitbucket
• Experience developing and maintaining the technology needed to power the components which enable the user-facing side of enterprise applications databases, conceptualize, and implement data storage solutions, run performance testing and benchmarking, and optimize data performance
• Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
• Experience gathering requirements and engaging with clients
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
