About the Role

In this role as a Manager, Professional Services (Legal Software), you will :

• Provide leadership and management to team members.
• Mentor, develop, and retain existing team members by developing career opportunities and expanding responsibilities.
• Manage resource allocation across the Legal Tech implementation portfolio to ensure project delivery and staff utilization.
• Expand current materials, methodologies, and artifacts
• Contribute to ongoing refinement and development of operational requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success managers, solution consultants, technical delivery, and senior leadership to ensure efficient implementation delivery, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability
• Support the development of post-implementation offerings around business solutions consulting, ongoing training, and configuration consulting services to continually drive and improve customer usage and ensure customer operating efficiency
• Lead discovery efforts for new projects and provide support and escalation for team members on their specific projects as needed.

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
