Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Lead to lead the integration of complex logistics systems, including SAP modules, carrier and forwarder platforms, and third-party freight audit & payment tools such as US Bank Syncada and transportation management systems like RMS TMS by C.H. Robinson. This role will oversee cross-functional projects that streamline supply chain operations, improve system interoperability, and enhance overall logistics efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for logistics systems integration initiatives
• Manage integrations using EDI, APIs, and other platforms
• Develop a clear vision for system processes, communication strategies, and reporting frameworks
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including IT, logistics, procurement, finance, and external vendors / carriers
• Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technology partners
• Coordinate system testing, user training, and rollout of new or enhanced logistics systems
• Monitor and report project performance, KPIs, and post-implementation results
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying integration pain points and recommending scalable solutions

Qualifications

What We Offer

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $97,000-$127,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography / market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
