Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions including 3 years of knowledge and experience working with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources. Licenses / Certifications : Valid driver's license. Business Acumen Strong verbal and written communication skills. Global & Cultural Awareness Relationship Management Consulting / coaching.
Job Summary :
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to source and recruit talent to meet client's growing and evolving organizational and workforce planning needs. Sourcing Specialist employs proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates in multiple geographic areas.
Essential Job Functions & Tasks :
