Located in West Memphis, AR, our skilled nursing and rehab facility provides a warm, team-oriented environment where professionals can truly make a difference. We’re seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team full time!
Responsibilities :
Evaluate residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including nursing, PTs, OTs, and families
Document services provided in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Educate staff, residents, and families to support therapy goals and carryover techniques
Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed for optimal outcomes
Requirements :
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Arkansas SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs considered
CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
