A company is looking for a Senior Startup Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with early-stage startups to enhance product development and go-to-market strategies using Microsoft's Cloud and AI technologies

Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing architecture reviews and solution workshops to support startup initiatives

Partner with internal teams to address technical challenges and optimize startup performance in alignment with Microsoft best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in technical program / product management, coding, or software development

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

1+ year of experience with Azure Cloud and AI services and familiarity with open-source AI / ML frameworks

1+ year of experience collaborating with early-stage startups to understand their technical needs

Ability to meet security screening requirements as mandated
