Analyst - Stock Plan Administration

Apple is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Analyst to join the Stock Plan Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all aspects of the company's equity compensation plans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to embrace change, provide innovative perspectives, and consistently seek new and improved methods to achieve results. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while completing a diverse range of complex, non-standardized tasks.

You possess an ability to communicate effectively with employees, business partners, and management in a clear, concise, and professional manner. You show proficiency in data review and analysis, particularly with Excel. You have the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrated consistent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Administer all aspects of the company's equity compensation plans, including ESPP and RSUs, ensuring compliance with plan terms, internal processes, and international / US tax withholding / reporting requirements.
• Maintain database integrity and accuracy of employee data in Apple's Equity Edge Online system.
• Provide excellent customer service for inquiries on E
• TRADE account information, RSU grants / vesting, ESPP, and general stock-related questions.
• Generate recurring reports and respond to ad hoc data requests from business partners.
• Maintain desk procedures / department calendar and ensure consistency.
• Advocate for process improvement.
• Handle other projects as directed by the Stock Plan Administration Manager.
