Stock Associate| A|X Armani Exchange Outlet, Laredo | Full-Time

As an associate with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team , who you will work with to drive sales , support an excellent client experience and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury / retail business with organizational skills to support the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

As a Stock Associate, you will assist in the execution of merchandising strategies . Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line, and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business.

To be successful in this role you will operate with integrity , have a strong team mindset and be results driven . As a member of the team accountable for the back of house , you will be responsible for driving sales by ensuring a well-organized stockroom and strong merchandise flow (replenishment) practices , markdown execution and stock accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

▪ Preferred retail experience in a similar position

▪ High School diploma / GED preferred

▪ Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team

▪ Preferred Retail System knowledge

▪ Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Strength – Ability to comfortably lift a minimum of 35 pounds without assistance to a height of 4 feet and a distance of 10 feet. Frequent stooping required to pick up boxes at floor level.
• Movement – Majority of work is performed on foot. Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach up, and climb short ladders. Hand Dexterity required for at least one had to operate registers and complete paperwork.
• Auditory & Vision – Ability to constantly hear and see safety signals, read labels, registers,computers, etc.
• The position requires significant demands on these physical requirements throughout the entire work shift.
