Essential Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with PayPal's strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Conduct category and supplier analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvement.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing strategies meet business needs.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support continuous improvement.
