Revenue Growth Manager
Coordinate, plan, and execute revenue growth strategies for the CPAP Call Center.
Perform revenue growth analytics to identify opportunities and evaluate results of implemented strategies.
Lead the day-to-day actions related to call center metrics.
Maximize revenue and exceed established targets.
Manage and plan Outbound Dialer campaigns (using Avaya POM) to increase patient penetration.
SME in all aspects of the AVAYA POM system.
Improve call center agent metrics including, but not limited to efficiency and order conversion rate.
Work collaboratively with business leaders to develop a continuous improvement culture.
Analyze data to suggest opportunities for improving sales conversion and revenue growth.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
Manage cost-saving initiatives, executing associated plans and meeting targets.
Develop presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.)
