We’re looking for a skilled and inspiring Pilates & Core Specialist to join our Atlanta team. This role goes beyond ab work. It’s about creating mindful, strength-focused classes that develop total core stability, enhance mobility, and build a deeper connection between body and mind. What You’ll Do

Lead mat-based Pilates and core conditioning classes that are safe, effective, and alignment-driven

Incorporate classical and contemporary Pilates principles with functional core work

Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels and body types

Deliver clear form cues and verbal adjustments to enhance technique and awareness

Create a motivating and inclusive class experience focused on strength, stability, and balance

Design music playlists that support flow and focus (optional, based on class style)

Stay present, prepared, and professional with every session

Evolve your practice through ongoing education and trend awareness
