The ideal Structural Engineer Lead candidate will have extensive experience in the management, analysis, design, and detailing of structural systems. The role involves working on diverse projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring all structural engineering deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations : Oversee all structural engineering operations for the Kansas City, MO location.
• Design and Analysis : Develop and analyze structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other structures, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Project Management : Oversee structural engineering projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Technical Documentation : Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Site Inspections : Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborations : Work closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural systems into overall project designs.
