Fluidra ’s looking for a Welder to join our team at our CPI Plant in Phoenix, AZ.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Perform manual assembly tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 35 lbs.

Operate hand tools, power tools, production line equipment, fixtures, measuring instruments, and other necessary machinery.

Perform repetitive manual operations such as fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts to meet engineering specifications.

Prepare materials, set up and operate welding equipment, and inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform TIG welding and spot welding on a variety of parts, producing high-quality welds for manufacturing use.

Weld using Stainless Steel, Copper, and Aluminum materials, typically thin gauge sheet metal.

Set up and adjust TIG welding machines for various materials and thicknesses, demonstrating strong understanding of machine controls.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols as applicable.

Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and maintain quality.

Support complex production runs and meet seasonal or high-volume demands in assigned work areas.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the entire shift.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and plant rules.
• Promptly report any safety concerns or quality issues to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead or Supervisor.
