Job Description

As a retail sales associate at Michelle Farmer Collaborate, you will be the embodiment of our core values. Responsibilities

Elevate Excellence : Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere in our boutiques.

Develop a deep understanding of our products, designers, and brand ethos to provide knowledgeable and personalized assistance.

Tailor Your Journey : Build strong customer relationships through active listening, tailored recommendations, and exceptional service.

Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise, providing individualized styling advice and creating memorable experiences.

Utilize your strong sales acumen to meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the boutique’s success.

Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure product displays are aesthetically aligned with our brand’s image.

Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and designers, enhancing product knowledge to better serve customers.

Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless and elevated customer journey from initial contact to after-sales service.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the overall growth and excellence of the boutique.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Stylist in luxury retail, preferably in fashion or high-end accessories.

Passion for fashion, art, and luxury, with a strong eye for detail and design.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Commitment to fashion with integrity through impeccable presentation and customer service standards.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.

Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
