The primary responsibility of this position is providing a higher-level of support to our clients, mainly comprised of small & medium size business with a presence in the NYC Metro Area.

The future team member would work from our Great Neck, NY office and when needed travel onsite to our clients on occasion .  Currently we support 100+ clients in a wide array of industries.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5 + years’ technical experience in multiple Windows Based client environments
• Substantial experience with Windows Servers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of fundamental networking concepts
• Strong understanding of architecting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units
• Clearly demonstrated knowledge and experience with VMware and Citrix XenApp
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• MSP experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the ConnectWise Suite of products is helpful but not a requirement.
