STS Government Solutions, LLC (SGS) is hiring for System Design and Operation SME to support our ongoing mission at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.

What You'll Do :

• Possess expert-level knowledge of F-16 operations, systems, sub-systems, cockpit layout, displays, control mechanization, Pilot Vehicle Interface (PVI), tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and overall aircraft functionality.
• Advise design engineers on best practices for pilot-vehicle interfaces, control layout, display readouts, and user experience during modernization efforts.
• Responsibilities include aiding in subsystem and system-level test procedure development, analyzing and reporting on WITS / SPARs across all modification phases, and providing data for design reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and configuration audits.
• Support F-16 User Community meetings (e.g., SCU Quarterly and Warfighter Council) by producing software candidate evaluation designs and assisting in the operational training of engineers within the F-16 SPO and 309th SWEG.
• Update technical information in master documentation, including ICDs, Epics, Features, User Stories, Test Cases, AS3s, internal requirements documents, B5s, code repositories, test procedures, vendor annexes, training materials, briefings, reports, and other requested data.
