A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Encompass.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, managing the post-sales technical relationship and ensuring successful implementation of the Encompass platform

Develop and maintain technical account plans that align Encompass capabilities with customer workflows and business objectives

Lead onboarding and solution delivery, including environment setup, customizations, and integrations, while collaborating with client technical teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or similar roles within B2B SaaS or mortgage technology

Experience supporting enterprise mortgage clients in high-growth environments

Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in APIs, Encompass SDK, and enterprise software systems

Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and engaging with technical and business stakeholders

Demonstrated stability and long-term impact in previous roles
