A company is looking for a Shopify Technical Account Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Shopify-based clients and maintain proactive relationships
Make backend updates in Shopify and troubleshoot issues directly on websites
Translate client requests into actionable tasks, delegate work, and monitor project progress
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital project management, account management, or technical client services
Experience supporting clients on technical matters, including site configurations and troubleshooting
Prior experience with website platforms, preferably Shopify
Familiarity with ecommerce, UX / UI principles, and analytics
Proficient with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Teamwork
