Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Media & Entertainment (M&E) Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native, AI / ML-driven media solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, media workflows, and AI applications within the content lifecycle—from ingestion to delivery.

You will collaborate closely with clients, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures for modern media ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Design Solutions :

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, secure, cloud-native M&E solutions.

Translate Business to Technical Architecture :

Convert conceptual business requirements into detailed technical designs using industry best practices and cloud-native services.

AI / ML-Driven Media Solutions :

Design and implement architectures incorporating AI / ML for text, video, image, and audio processing—including Video Language Models (VLMs) and Generative AI.

Performance Optimization :

Optimize and fine-tune performance of AI-enabled cloud solutions for speed, scalability, and efficiency.

Technology Stack Definition :

Define and govern the technology stack leveraging hyperscaler services (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and relevant COTS tools.

Client Engagement :

Conduct discovery sessions and collaborate with clients to align architectural solutions with strategic business goals.

Must-Have

AI / ML in Media :

Proven experience implementing AI / ML models for media applications—including NLP, computer vision, metadata extraction, and transformer-based models (LLMs, VLMs, scikit-learn, etc.).

Cloud / Data Architecture :

Strong experience architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with expertise in Data Lake / Lakehouse, Data Governance, Analytics, Serverless, Event-Driven, and Microservices architectures.

Software Engineering :

Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, with solid understanding of SDLC, CI / CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Good-to-Have

Video & Audio Engineering :

Knowledge of codecs (H.264, HEVC, AV1, AAC), streaming protocols (HLS, DASH), and tools such as FFmpeg.

M&E Domain Expertise :

Familiarity with content supply chains, digital asset management (DAM), and media workflows.

Soft Skills

Analytical Thinking :

Strong problem-solving and strategic design skills.

Communication :

Ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leadership :

Skilled in stakeholder management and driving consensus across diverse teams.
