This position is located in Knoxville TN in a hybrid working model.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

How Youll Make an Impact

Design develop test and implement new technologies and applications.

Provide end-user assistance in a helpdesk environment.

Support technical architects with infrastructure requirements.

Conduct project code reviews and assist with software installations / configurations.

Investigate debug and troubleshoot software and application issues.

Develop and build application modules using multiple programming languages.

Draft technical documentation and user guides.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

What Youll Bring

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology Information Systems Computer Science or a related field.

Solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).

Working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques.

Experience or familiarity with SQL Java and C (preferred).

Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional written and verbal communication.

A collaborative spirit high curiosity and a drive to learn.

Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.
