Key Exciting Responsibilities

Diagnose & Resolve : Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of hardware and software issues across Trimble's Transportation Management System (TMS) and other solutions.

Deliver Excellence : Provide an exceptional customer experience via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate & Document : Work closely with development and testing teams to effectively document, escalate, and track product bugs and high-priority issues to resolution using a CRM.

Support Payroll Systems : Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to the payroll functionality within the TruckMate TMS.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or application support role.

Demonstrated success with root cause analysis and complex system troubleshooting.

Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing issues across multiple operating systems, hardware platforms, and integrated enterprise systems.

Excellent communication skills (phone, verbal, and written) with a positive, growth-mindset attitude.

Experience working with a CRM casing software.

Bonus Points For

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry (e.g., knowledge of ELD, HOS).

Prior experience with multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, or iOS.

Experience with and troubleshooting knowledge of SQL, XML, HTML, or scripting.

Experience writing bugs and using Jira.

Compensation : Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
