Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Client Delivery : Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.
  • Analysis and Research : Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Metrics and Reporting : Develop and maintain metrics to track project performance and outcomes, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Business Development : Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
  • Problem-Solving : Develop creative and efficient solutions to address client issues promptly.
  • Adaptability : Adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing client needs and business environments.

  • Use JIRA and Confluence for ticket management to thoroughly document all service requests in a repeatable way to ensure consistent reporting to the client.

    Due to federal requirements, this position requires the ability to pass a "public trust" government background investigation.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.

    • Computer Science, Business or related degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of required work-related experience
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office products including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage project life cycles by contributing to planning, execution, and evaluation phases, while adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
  • Must be highly motivated, reliable self-starter and can be counted on to complete assignments with minimal oversight.
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
  • Must have good time management skills and ability to multi-task, able to adapt to new requirements and readjust as needed to complete an assignment.

    • Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience with Technology services, Information technology or in a similar industry.
  • Experience with Agile framework - Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Agile framework certification is preferred.
  • Experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, MS Excel.

    Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.

    Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.

    Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
