This role involves eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and product requirements that capture functional, non-functional, and compliance-related needs. As a Business Analyst, you will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and QA to ensure requirements are technically sound, testable, and interconnected across systems. You will also support QA by linking requirements to test cases and validation criteria for complete coverage and traceability.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document Business, User, and Product Requirements that capture functional, non-functional, and compliance-related needs.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and QA to ensure requirements are technically sound, testable, and interconnected across systems.
- Analyze how requirements impact one another and identify dependencies or constraints within integrated components.
- Ensure compliance-driven and policy-related requirements are properly reflected and traceable throughout the system lifecycle.
- Support QA by linking requirements to test cases and validation criteria for complete coverage and traceability.
- Maintain organized, high-quality documentation across Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
- Facilitate requirement reviews to confirm accuracy, resolve ambiguities, and promote shared understanding across delivery teams.

Pay and Benefits
