You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their analytical needs, develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities for operational improvements through data analysis. Responsibilities
- Partner with executives, managers, and stakeholders at all organizational levels to understand reporting needs and develop tailored solutions
- Create executive dashboards for strategic insights and operational reports that help department managers track performance and make informed decisions
- Collect, process and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting systems that support front-line supervisors to senior leadership, ensuring each level has access to relevant, timely and accurate information
- Conduct deep dive analysis to answer critical business questions, perform root cause analysis on performance issues and develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes
- Translate complex technical findings into clear narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with our external service providers and technology partners to ensure data quality, establish governance standards, and optimize data infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytical requirements
