Works closely with the FP&A team to assure budget vs. actual reports are being maintained and reviewed. As the Director of Accounting, you will be responsible for leading aspects of the General Accounting and Month-end Close functions. You will be in charge of reviewing, evaluating and implementing new, more efficient processes in these functions. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, technical knowledge and leadership skills, as well as be very detail oriented and data driven. They must have proven experience, including previous management responsibility. This role will report to the VP, Accounting.
