Technical Administrator

What you'll do :

• Develop and implement new endpoint strategies to enhance productivity and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoints, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Virtual Desktop Machines
• Complete technical work orders; resolve incident tickets; install problem corrections to prevent reoccurrence; upgrade systems to maintain vendor support currency; apply corrective code patches; monitor and tune system components to meet performance, availability, security, continuity, retention and related requirements.
• Follow IT standards for change, incident and problem management to ensure systems and data are secured and operated in accordance with requirements.
• Set and monitor technical thresholds to ensure components operate to meet service objectives consistently. Systems users include all employees, field agents, agency staff and external customers via web sites.
• Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and continuity requirements.
• Participate in the evaluation of systems solutions.
• Provide 24-hour on call support for infrastructure to support business service levels.
