WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive Product Vision : Define and execute the roadmap for end-user experiences within our Warfighter Systems domain.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration : Serve as the conduit between designers, engineers, and end users to translate needs into actionable software requirements.
• Agile Development : Lead iterative development cycles for demo applications, incorporating continuous user feedback to refine screen management, navigation, and overall user flow.
• User Experience Focus : Leverage your strong UX background to ensure intuitive interface design and seamless user journeys.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with design teams (including providing input in Figma / storyboarding), and execute clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.

US Salary Range

$124,000 - $186,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
