If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where curiosity, trust, and impact matter, you'll fit right in About the Role : At Aircall, were looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team of talented, customer-centric, collaborative PMMs. In this role, you will be a key member of a global, cross-functional team based across the US and Europe. Your focus will be on Aircalls core platform and portfolio marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and Go-To-Market to drive a measurable impact on Aircalls growth. You will be an Individual Contributor, but act as a Leader within the team and across other functions through your expertise and drive to get (the right) stuff done.. If youre a person who loves the challenge of a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, enjoys solving meaningful problems, and wants to feel like part of a team then you just might be the person were looking for.This role reports to the Director of Product and Customer Marketing and is a hybrid role working in Aircalls downtown Bellevue office Monday - Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities :

• Become an expert in our product, our market, our competitors, and especially our global customers and buyers.
• Craft and articulate our unified, differentiated value proposition across a portfolio of Aircall solutions with an impactful core messaging and positioning framework and supporting bill of materials that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Get familiar with how our product is used by different customer segments, and use this information to inform go-to-market strategies, global marketing campaigns, and other initiatives
• Manage competitive intelligence for Aircalls Tier 1 competitors, and orchestrate compete programs in collaboration with the broader PMM team + cross-functional partners
• Make sure our go-to-market teams, like Sales and Customer Success, have the resources they need to support expansion and upselling efforts Help shape the product roadmap planning by understanding market needs, win / loss reasons, and helping prioritize initiatives and enhancements that will impact acquisition, expansion and retention
• Bring creative problem-solving approaches to the team to help Aircall achieve ambitious revenue goals in 2025 and beyond.

$160,000 - $180,000 a yearThis base range is not including a 10 percent annual bonus, equity, and other benefits.
