KPMG is currently seeking a Digital Adoption Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the organization's technical subject matter expert on the WalkMe platform, providing guidance on solution architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities while leading the technical development of high-profile solutions
- Act as a liaison between business, IT, and vendor partners to translate requirements into technical solutions, and regularly communicate progress, timelines, and resource needs to senior leadership
- Design, implement, document, and maintain WalkMe governance, including branding, change management, and best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and new feature adoption of WalkMe's updates / releases
- Oversee rigorous QA processes, conduct builder audits, and manage troubleshooting for all key WalkMe implementations to maintain high standards across the enterprise
- Lead and mentor a team of technical Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) builders and analysts, fostering skill development, promoting collaboration, and ensuring accountability for high-quality outcomes
- Analyze platform usage data to identify opportunities for enhancement and develop technical documentation and training materials to support team and stakeholder enablement
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
