JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate a strategic HRIS initiative within a healthcare environment. This role is primarily remote, with potential travel required to sites in FL, TX, or LA. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in user provisioning and hands-on user access design, particularly within Meditech or similar healthcare HRIS platforms. This will be a contract role through the entire year of 2026 (12-13 months).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HRIS technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
- Design and implement user access frameworks, including provisioning workflows and role-based access controls
- Oversee testing, validation, and deployment of access-related features and enhancements
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, providing regular updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards and regulatory requirements.
This role will pay anywhere from $55 - 70 / hr based on relevant experience.
