Your Contribution

As a Senior Recruiter reporting to the Head of Human Resources - Murfreesboro, you will be responsible to for internal / external recruiting & for helping to ensure we successfully place the right people in the right positions to support our business.

This role is responsible to :

• Overall responsibility for cradle to grave recruiting & reporting activities.
• Support the achievement of our manpower plan by ensuring the best quality candidates are hired for positions; implements appropriate recruiting, screening and selection methods; ensures appropriate onboarding of new hires.
• Partner with Managers & Supervisors to develop and execute a recruiting strategy for positions at all levels in the organization.
• Develop partnerships with local high schools, trade schools & universities to promote education & awareness about MAHLE & potential career opportunities; utilize this platform to create a talent pipeline.
• Use Advertising and Marketing to develop and manage a strong media (traditional and social media) presence.
• Work with managers to ensure a training plan is devised & properly documented for all new hires
• Responsible for new hire onboarding & scheduling new hire orientation; facilitate assigned topics.
• Manage headcount reporting
• Manage termination process, including exit interviews as well as turnover analysis and retention initiatives
• Organizational chart and headcount management
• Facilitating Internal Transfers
• Ensure compliance with all related TISAX, IATF and ISO-14001 policies and procedures.
