Develop a visitation plan for consistent customer service to high school faculty, staff, and students. Provide information to potential students about programs, entrance requirements, and academic standards. Assist in scheduling career planning sessions based on inquiries and referrals. Ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and Admissions Department policies. Use approved assessment, interview processes, and presentations when interacting with potential students. Promote the school's interest to high school personnel. Contact students to inform them about upcoming events and foster a relationship. Organize Bus Tours, Open House events, and other activities for high school students. Provide timely comprehensive reports to the Director of Admissions detailing weekly activities. High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a passion for quality are essential. Must be able to stand on your feet for min 6 hours Must be able to travel in your car and provide insurance In certain states, employee must be able to be bonded and licensed as an Admissions Representative. You will generate high-quality inquiries, inspire the next generation, and foster connections with the local community and high schools.
Key Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Training or experience in public speaking strongly preferred
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized
