Onsite - Buffalo, NY Job Summary :

Machining Technical Trainers will work as a team to train and mentor employees on the skills and knowledge required to become proficient machinists for Moog precision components. This role ensures that training programs are designed to meet the needs of the organization and its employees, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge. Students will include current employees, new employees, and apprentices.

To be considered for the EDM Machining Technical Trainer role, here's what you'll need to bring with you :

• A secondary school qualification (a HS diploma, G.E.D., etc. in the US) or basic vocational / technical education in related discipline

\n

Extensive Machining Knowledge and Experience : Proven experience in conventional machine tools, manual and CNC machining including programming (Mill, Lathe, EDM, Grind) and manual processes like finishing and metrology.

\n

Communication and Engagement : Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and mentor students. Ability to clearly and concisely present training presentations, engage students, and provide one on one coaching.

Salary Range Transparency :

Buffalo, NY $43.00-$52.88 Hourly

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
