Required Skills & Experience

• Required : Required : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware components
• Required : 5+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Required : Previous experience working in a data center environment.
• Required : Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Required : Flexibility to work non-standard business hours that may include weekends and / or holidays

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Previous MSFT experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Previous military experience
