This role's primary ongoing responsibility is for management of projects. The position focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, and project participants. The role spends significant time on project management responsibilities. Essential Job Functions :
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on projects
- Meet service level expectations and exceed them when appropriate to the pursuit of larger customer relationship goals
- Contribute to SitusAMC brand image objectives through Customer interactions. Always put the customer first
- Use published content and team of experts' approach to clarify complex problems, ideas, and solutions using verbal and written skills effectively
- Awareness and ability to respond effectively in settings where multiple agendas, goals may exist
- Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members
- Mitigates team conflict and communication problems
- Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices

- Understands our pricing model and billing procedures
- Assures project legal documents are completed and signed
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Facilitates team and customer meetings effectively
- Holds regular status meetings with project team; keeps project team well informed of changes within the project and with events impacting the customer
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
- Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
- Resolves and / or escalates issues in a timely manner
- Understands how to communicate difficult / sensitive information tactfully
- Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to projects
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives
- Maintains confidentiality of all company and customer information
- Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design
- Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client / server and .NET architectures
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer
- Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project, by analyzing future impact of decisions, and escalating when appropriate
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- Complies with and helps to enforce standard Project Management policies and procedures
- Analyzes project profitability and revenue including variances from plan
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing
- Sets and manages client expectations; effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including managing the change control process
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities; effectively utilizes each team member to his / her fullest potential
