A solid understanding of HR principles, programs, and practices. The ability to consult and share critical HRIS skills effectively. Strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence and guide others. The capability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders. Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a People Technology Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our HR programs through system improvements and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the People Technology Manager, you'll bring your expertise in HR processes and systems to implement innovative solutions that align with our business needs.
This position includes a relocation benefit package for those moving to Warroad, MN . We provide support for your household goods, temporary housing, and a dedicated relocation counselor to assist you throughout the moving process.
