Piper Companies is looking for a  Project Leader  to join a design-build and engineering firm based out of Northern Virginia. Locations include Fredericksburg, Richmond, Boynton, Chantilly, and Tysons Corner.

Essential Duties of the Project Leader :

• Leading the design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems
• Developing and maintaining project schedules in MS Project
• Coordinating and running a project kick-off meeting (PKOM) and key monthly project (KPR) reviews
• Preparing design / build project estimates and presenting proposals to customers
• Forecasting cash flow and manpower needs for projects
• Assuring a timely completion of a project including the completion of punch-list items, the submittal of accurate as-built drawings, operation, and maintenance manuals
