Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of internal tools and products that support telecommunications professionals. This role will facilitate stakeholder working sessions, define and document business requirements, collaborate closely with development teams, and oversee tool demonstrations to improve usability and operational efficiency.
As the primary owner of product vision and delivery, the Product Owner will drive critical business objectives from concept to implementation, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with strategic goals. These tools are essential to the daily success of operational teams—spanning order management, customer-facing project management, and field operations function.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure products are intuitive, integrated, and built to empower end users across the organization. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week on-site. Candidates must reside in one of the following locations : Philadelphia, PA; Naperville, IL; Denver, CO; or Manchester, NH. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Please note that we cannot work C2C.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Ownership, Program Management & Development Delivery
- Define and champion the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with business and operational strategies.
- Translate operational needs into actionable user stories and epics, ensuring clarity of requirements and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with UX, development, and QA teams to guide solution design and ensure quality, usability, and adoption by frontline teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) to support delivery and stakeholder alignment, as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize features and enhancements that deliver measurable value.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document solutions and critical decisions, create action plans and project plans that are driven to completion. Develop best practice project artifacts for the highest level of organization and accountability.
- Identify and proactively remove blockers or dependencies impacting delivery.
- Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.

Compensation
For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensational decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an hourly rate of $85-$95. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills / qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
