Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate (5-7 years of experience) to join its Telecommunications Practice . Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will directly engage with innovative companies shaping the future of global connectivity. Typical responsibilities include :
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial infrastructure agreements, including terrestrial and subsea connectivity , and space-based service agreements .
- Advising clients on licensing matters for next-generation satellite and spectrum initiatives and other telecommunications services.
- Providing regulatory guidance on telecommunications, wireless, space, and submarine cable issues .
- Conducting due diligence and structuring commercial arrangements that integrate technology and policy considerations.
