Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting nursing opportunity for a Travel Registered Nurse in Telemetry in Norfolk, VA. This assignment offers a weekly rate of $3,250, with a schedule of 4x12-hour night shifts (48 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide high-quality care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and intermediate-level care.

Monitor patient vital signs, telemetry readings, and respond to changes promptly.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and follow-up instructions.

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Respond competently to emergencies, including arrhythmias and rapid response situations.

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Valid Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Telemetry or step-down care.

Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
