Job Title : Production Operator Location : Jeffersonville, IN Shift : 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night schedules. Shift assignments may vary. Hourly Rate : $16–$21 depending on experience and shift Job Responsibilities : Operate production and assembly equipment following standard procedures Load and unload materials and support smooth production flow Perform basic quality checks and record production data Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area Work with team leads to meet daily production goals Support overtime and shift changes as needed Requirements： High school diploma or GED Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills Able to work assigned shift and overtime when required Able to travel internationally (passport or ability to obtain one) Must be willing to attend a 2-month paid training program in China (company covers travel, housing, and meals) Preferred (Not Required) : Manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience Experience in automotive, electronics, or clean-room environments Compensation & Benefits : Paid training (including China training program) Shift differential Insurance + 401(k) Paid time off and holidays All travel, housing, and meals covered during overseas training Career growth opportunities as the plant expands About Us : Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
