Local Marketing Advisor (Lma)
Location3 is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Local Marketing Advisor (LMA) to serve as a Franchise Marketing Coach for small-business owners and franchisees across the country.
In this role, you'll act as the front-line connection between Location3 and the local businesses we support through our LOCALACT platform. You'll spend the majority of your day on video and phone callsapproximately six hours per day, at least four days per weekcoaching clients, reviewing marketing performance, and helping them identify opportunities to grow their business.
If you thrive in a high-contact, relationship-focused environment and enjoy helping others understand marketing data and take confident action, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily outreach to assigned franchise owners via scheduled calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Serve as a trusted marketing coacheducating clients on LOCALACT programs, local advertising, and ways to maximize marketing investment.
- Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights in clear, actionable terms.
- Recommend strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and return on investment.
- Maintain detailed records of all communication and recommendations in Zendesk.
- Execute outreach plans provided by the Advisor Team Manager, prioritizing locations with the highest growth potential.
- Support client retention by addressing questions and reinforcing value through measurable results.
- Partner with internal teams (Paid Media, SEO, Local Listings) to ensure a unified marketing approach for each brand.
