Job Description

An export clerk is responsible for managing the administrative tasks involved in exporting goods from a warehouse, including preparing necessary documentation, coordinating shipments with carriers, tracking export orders, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations, effectively acting as the primary point of contact for international shipments leaving the warehouse.

Responsibilities :

Data Entry

Reviewing shipping and receiving invoices

Inventory control and balancing

Physical inspections of cargo and pallets

Resolving warehouse inventory discrepancies

Qualifications and Requirements :

Microsoft Office experience

Export documentation and USDA experience a plus

Attention to detail / able to work on your own

Team Player

Able to work in a fast warehouse environment

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $18, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
