Job Title : Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk

Location : Raleigh, NC

Hanna Imports is a dynamic and growing automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk to join our accounting team. If you're organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in automotive accounting or title work, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile vehicle wholesale transactions , including purchases, sales, and dealer trades.
• Prepare and process title work and registration for wholesale vehicles and dealer trades.
• Follow up with auctions, banks, and customers on pending titles and documentation.
• Perform notary duties for title transfers and related documents in accordance with state requirements.
• Coordinate wholesale payment processing and manage related accounting entries.
• Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory and wholesale activities.
• Reconcile inventory and wholesale schedules , investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, and title departments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks for inventory and wholesale operations.
• Maintain an organized filing system and support audit or reporting requests as needed.
