Job Responsibilities
Design : Create and customize ServiceNow portals and mobile interfaces.
User Experience (UX) : Ensure portals are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing. Implement best practices for UX design, including responsive design for mobile devices.
Integration : Integrate ServiceNow portals with other IT systems and tools to provide a seamless user experience.
Customization : Customize widgets, themes, and layouts to meet specific business requirements.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of portal designs, configurations, and customizations.
Collaboration : Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support.
Required Experience
ServiceNow Expertise : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Service Portal and Mobile App development.
UX / UI Design : Strong understanding of UX / UI principles and experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
Integration Skills : Experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Tools and Technologies
ServiceNow Platform : Service Portal Designer, Mobile App Builder, and other ServiceNow modules.
Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for creating wireframes and mockups.
