As passionate about our people as we are about our mission.
Why Join Q2?
Q2 is a leading provider of digital banking and lending solutions to banks, credit unions, alternative finance companies, and fintechs in the U.S. and internationally. Our mission is simple : build strong and diverse communities through innovative financial technology—and we do that by empowering our people to help create success for our customers.
What Makes Q2 Special?
Being as passionate about our people as we are about our mission. We celebrate our employees in many ways, including our “Circle of Awesomeness” award ceremony and day of employee celebration among others! We invest in the growth and development of our team members through ongoing learning opportunities, mentorship programs, internal mobility, and meaningful leadership relationships. We also know that nothing builds trust and collaboration like having fun. We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.
What You'll Do Here :
As a Product Designer, you’ll be part of the Product team and work closely with our software engineers, product managers, and product owners. You’ll use your expert knowledge of design and user research to find ways to improve our product and processes.
You’ll be empowered to listen to our clients’ needs and act on them. Our Product Designers own the end-to-end user experience design, including wire framing, feature ripening, designing mockups, usability testing & user research, and advocating for a high-quality, tested and accessible product.
You will be instrumental in leading the way for the design team. You’ll provide meaningful feedback on their designs and think about the future of design at Q2. You’ll collaborate with other members of the product organization and present strategy, goals and roadmap for design.
What People Say About You :
You have stellar written and verbal communication skills, and the gift of explaining complicated things simply. You’re driven and persistent, so you look for ways to make our processes better and then you make those plans reality. Your scrappiness makes you a natural problem solver who doesn’t give up when you don’t know all the answers right away. You’ll have the resources you need to continually hone your skills and improve your knowledge. You have a bias towards action and never walk by a mess without cleaning it up.
Why Work With Us :
PrecisionLender is a B2B software organization that serves commercial banking teams, and our product suite includes analytics and a virtual coach and skills suite. If you like diving into complex business requirements to build simple, intuitive workflows and working with industry experts in finance and software development to build a diverse suite of tools, then we think you’ll find a great work home at PrecisionLender.
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For :
