This line of business is like a start up within the bank it is a net new product

One product partner with compliance and one partner on billing

Some candidates had UX design more marketing oriented - Not at the level of the design they need

Some did not have experience working with cross functional teams

Some of the work that came through was a bit dated with not current UX trends

They do not want a marketing designer

Web based or Desktop Applications- Mobile is nice, but they are really looking for content heavy software application- like flows, site maps, wireframe forms

More of a product designer as they do UI & UX- they have a design system in place

Lead track of work, do design, push forward that track of work, will have ownership of a track of work- so if there is another designer working on it they'll partner with them to allocate the work to them and coordinate their work for project delivery

after a month of access and familiarizing themselves they'll get a project work assigned to them- will work with Lisa who will be handing off the work to them as she is covering for the person who is out now
